Marshall Ward
Marshall was a voice of creativity and connectivity in Waterloo Region for more than three decades, Marshall was a writer, broadcaster, painter, podcaster, filmmaker and educator. Every week since 2006, Marshall authored a column for the Waterloo Chronicle, highlighting all of the unique personalities who make up our region’s cultural fabric.
The podcast has been on hold since we lost our dear friend.

Born, raised and still resident in Kitchener, I love to tell place-based community stories for good, which I do mostly in digital formats these days, for example the community zine “One Fine Day” I’m a big fan of all things adaptive, accessible and universally designed.
